Here’s the real news:
We’re out here knowing everything about everybody—celebs, influencers, trending topics, drama on the timeline—but when it comes to our own lives? Crickets. We’re tuned in to everything except the one thing that actually matters: us.
I had to check myself. I realized I was giving more energy to scrolling than to growing. More time to watching other people live than actually living. And I’m over it.
So I’m doing something different. I’m calling it:
90 Days of Focus
This is my personal challenge. For the next 90 days, I’m going to commit to a list of impact actions—small, intentional things I can do every day to move my life forward. Not a complete overhaul. Not perfection. Just manageable, consistent change.
I want to see how far I can go in 90 days if I really lock in. If I stop letting the day run me and start running the day.
What’s on the list?
- Daily prayer and quiet time
- Reading (books that feed my mind and spirit)
- Exercise (3x a week minimum)
- Outreach and business-building
- Quality time with my people
- Writing (this blog included!)
And most importantly: less noise. That might mean less Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TV—whatever’s eating up your time and giving you nothing back.
What does this mean for you?
You’ve got to figure that out. But if you’re tired of feeling stuck, tired of watching life pass you by, tired of knowing you’re capable of more but not doing it—then maybe it’s time to try something new.
Join me. Start your own 90 Days of Focus. Make your life your hot topic. Let’s see what happens when we stop watching and start working.
