Some people are really out here losing themselves. Like… for real. They spend the whole day watching somebody else’s life, scrolling through highlight reels, comparing, and then wondering why they feel horrible about their own journey.
Now let me be clear—I scroll too. I’m not above it. But I trained my algorithm. I made sure that when I do scroll, I’m seeing things that feed me, not drain me. My feed encourages my ambitions, faith, goals, and motivation. So even when I’m feeling foggy or idle, I don’t land in the devil’s playground. I land somewhere that reminds me to give myself grace and get back to work.
Because this germination period? Whew. It’s long. It’s lonely. And sometimes it feels like the vision is dead. But one encouraging post from one believer can wake you up. That’s happened to me more than once. I’ll be down bad, and boom—one post hits different, and I’m back up.
So here’s the message:
Use social media to your advantage.
Make money.
Make moves.
Make impact.
Encourage yourself.
Network.
Educate yourself.
And leave the rest in the trash.
Don’t lose yourself trying to live someone else’s life. You’ve got your own vision. Protect it. Nurture it. And keep scrolling with purpose.
