Let me tell you something that might step on a little toe… maybe even a whole foot… but I’m saying it with love:
Stop speaking negatively about yourself — even when you’re “just joking.”

I know, I know. We’ve all said stuff like,
“Girl, I’m so dumb.”
“I’m broke.”
“I stay messing up.”
“I look a hot mess today.”

And we laugh.
But your body ain’t laughing.
Your spirit ain’t laughing.
Your subconscious is definitely not laughing.

Because the truth is this: Your body doesn’t know the difference between a joke and a command.

Words are energy.
Energy carries frequency.
And frequency creates reaction.

Bruce Lee said it best:
“Words cast spells — that’s why it’s called spelling.”
And baby, if you’re gonna cast something, make sure it’s something you actually want.

Your Words Are Vibrations — Treat Them Like the Powerful Tools They Are

When you speak, you’re sending out a frequency.
There is no such thing as a one-sided action.

You can’t throw a pebble in a lake and not expect ripples.
You can’t release words into the universe and not expect movement — somewhere.

Speak low, you attract low.
Speak fear, you attract fear.
Speak lack, you attract lack.

And the gag is…
Most people think they’re building something from scratch.

But no — God already created everything that will ever exist since the beginning of time.
You are not creating from nothing.
You are aligning yourself with the right frequency to receive what already exists for you.

Let me say that again for the people scrolling fast:
Your blessings are waiting… YOU just have to tune your mouth and mind to the right channel.

If You Don’t Believe Me, Let Me Blow Your Mind Real Quick

Tell me how — out of billions of people on this planet —
you can pick up your phone in Maryland,
dial your mama in California,
and within seconds…
Y’all are connected.

You didn’t see the signal.
You didn’t touch the frequency.
You weren’t in the sky directing anything.

But somehow, through trillions of invisible frequencies floating through the air at all times,
your exact signal got to your mama
and not somebody’s Auntie Pearl in Idaho.

Now if that ain’t divine, I don’t know what is.

So tell me why — if you can tune into someone across the country —
you don’t think your own thoughts and words can tune into the wrong (or right) outcomes?

Your Mouth Is a Dial. Make Sure It’s Pointed to Abundance, Not Foolishness.

Every time you say:

• “I’m tired of life.”
• “I’m always broke.”
• “My luck is terrible.”
• “Nothing ever works for me.”

Guess what?
You just dialed that frequency.
And the universe said, “Oh, okay. She wants more of THAT. Say less.”

But when you say:

• “I am blessed.”
• “Money flows to me.”
• “Doors open for me effortlessly.”
• “I am covered, protected, and guided.”

You dial something entirely different.
Now heaven’s switchboard is like: “Ohhh, she tuned IN today! Let’s get these angels on assignment.”

So Treat Your Words Like They’re Sacred — Because They Are

Speak with intention.
Speak with awareness.
Speak with faith.
Speak with your chest, sis!

Don’t play about your energy.
Don’t play about your future.
Don’t play about what you’re calling in.

Your words are not just words —
they are spiritual Wi-Fi.
Whatever you broadcast is what you connect to.

So broadcast blessings, power, clarity, and alignment.
Let your mouth match the future you’re walking into.
You have access to every frequency —
just make sure the one you dial is worthy of who you’re becoming.
